The format of WordPress does not allow the thumbnail links to be on the same page as this one. I wonder if there are still a few of you, who think leaving a comment means you have linked to the linky list.
You are only linked when you click on “Click here” in red at the bottom of the post. Then a new page opens up!!
Fill in your url on the first line of the info, choose to Web or To File
a new page opens up – which brings up your photos to choose from
click, and you are done!

The Creator is celebrating Spring and sprinkling flowers all along his way
he eventually will make his way to the Northern regions!
The first time since October I thought this week … not a casserole, or stew … how about… SALAD?
This is Trader Joe’s version of Arugula Salad
Saute a few sliced up shallots – set aside
Saute slice mushrooms (option: add salt & pepper)
In serving bowl mix shallots and mushrooms with arugula
roast 1/8-1/4 cup of pine nuts lightly in a skillet
put goat cheese in chunks and pine nuts on top
and drizzle with dressing of 2 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Excellent with roasted red potatoes and meat
ON our way back home Friday we needed to buy coffee at Peets Coffee – one of the few luxuries of a 4 hour shopping trip of groceries and drugstore! Had a coffee Javiva – my first icy drink this year (a frappucino but with much less sugar).
Before we entered I quickly took some shots of the roses in the parking lot. Even a parking lot photo looks good if you zero in on nature:) Talking about frivolicious – we had a difference of almost 20 degrees difference in our 1 1/2 hr. drive!
my brushes by the window (I need natural light) and my painting supplies!
Never want to be without brushes ready to use, no matter the season
of course, that may also include that here!
Now it’s your turn to click on Click Here in red below
make some friends and visit a few others after you put in your link:)
Linky List will appear on Sunday April 10, US Pacific time and runs till Wednesday

This is the living room window:) When I got back to painting, I wanted my kids -then still at home- to be a part of it, so I painted in the living room. I’ll come back later to visit your blog!

So many merry yellow by the mountains, what a color splash!
I have my old brushes in a pot too, although I do no more painting since 2 decades… but I cannot give them away…
Thanks for your comment:
In the pots are bulbs of begonies, I hibernate them every year in the basement.
This blue was my favourite color too, as I still have painted… and in my clothing you can find it

The bright yellow flower filled hillside spoke of spring, Jesh! Our foothills have their first wildflowers blooming–little white flowers called Star Lilies. Your salad sounds good, and I love those big roses! Natural light is a wonderful asset to have when doing art work of all kinds. Your paintings are always wonderful to see.

Your argula salad has made me hungry. Oh! that hill with yellow flowers is absolutely gorgeous. Do you know what those yellow flowers are? Are they dandellions? Absolutely gorgeous photo. By the way, your pastel drawing in the previous post is really really nice. Looking forward to more of your creations.

Very pretty mountain and rose shots. I like the brushes shot too.
I didn’t participate last week because I was having a difficult time getting my picture to show up. I always have to jump through hoops but last week was worse than ever and I finally gave up trying to get it to work,

Thank you for hosting Seasons… and thank you for the reminder. I have been feeling anxious recently (and forgetting things) because I definitely want to visit everybody that visits my blog and there’s too little time. But it’s lovely that spring is arriving. ♥
